Providers planning operations in more than one country, assessed country by country
For global healthcare providers
Connect your operating model across countries without losing local context. Review clinical and facility workflows together, then confirm the hosting, tax and connection scope for each market.
Country-by-country responsibility
- Shared across countries: the product foundation across Care, Engage and Flow, and the way each facility works day to day.
- Configured per branch or facility: tax and invoice amounts by branch country, including three-decimal currencies in Engage, and a price list per facility in Care.
- Assessed per deployment: hosting and data access under that jurisdiction, regulatory packs and exchange connections where licensed, and interfaces to local systems.
- Agreed separately: any local approval or requirement that the relevant market page does not confirm.
Hosting and information access must be assessed against the deployment’s jurisdiction. Shared architecture is not unrestricted cross-border sharing.
Illustrative example: assessing two countries
This example uses synthetic data. It is an assessment, not a deployment. A provider runs a clinic in the UAE and plans a second in Saudi Arabia. For each country the team lists the facility workflow, the Care plan, the hosting and data-access arrangement, the tax and invoice settings, and the external connections needed. The UAE review covers the regulatory pack that applies to the facility’s licensing authority. The Saudi review covers in-Kingdom hosting requirements. The outcome is a record of confirmed and unconfirmed scope for each country, not a shared database or a ready national integration.
Use the market pages to frame the review
The UAE, Saudi Arabia and GCC pages give context for a country-specific review, and current requirements are validated during implementation. They do not establish NextHealth’s presence, certification or a national contract.
Bring two countries to the discussion
Bring two countries and a representative facility from each. Compare the care workflow, an invoice example, the hosting arrangement and the required external connections. Ask for a readiness assessment for each country before extending the model.
What you open with
A starting selection for your evaluation, not every feature in the chosen plan. Each module shows how it is bought, and a module marked as still being completed is not ready to deploy.

Confirm each market before extending the model
Start with the product scope needed in the first market and use the relevant market pages to frame the next discussion. The hosting approach provides UAE hosting and local cloud regions where required, with in-country arrangements assessed for each jurisdiction. Review Saudi in-Kingdom requirements as part of that process rather than assuming a shared cross-border database. Regulatory packs, interfaces and branch tax settings must be confirmed per deployment. A market page is not proof of a local customer, certification or completed connection.
Common questions
-
No unrestricted cross-border database is promised. Shared product architecture does not override local hosting or data-access requirements; assess the deployment and permitted information flows for each jurisdiction.
-
Yes. Engage supports tax and invoice amounts by branch country, including three-decimal currencies. Review your actual currencies and invoice requirements as part of the implementation.
-
No. A market page provides context for evaluation. It does not itself establish a local certification, customer deployment or government approval, and those claims are not made here.
-
No. Regulatory packs and external connections depend on the selected scope, licensing and site arrangements. Confirm the required connection for each market before including it in a rollout commitment.
-
Review the facility workflow, Care plan, Engage and Flow scope, hosting, access, tax and external interfaces for each country. Agree the local differences before extending the shared operating model.
