-
Organised records
Staff records, policies, incidents and equipment each need organised information and accountable follow-up.
-
Purpose-built modules
Flow brings this work into purpose-built modules. Buy the modules separately or choose an optional pairing.
-
Ready for review
Use the records to support internal oversight, inspections and accreditation preparation. People remain responsible for review and sign-off.
Choose the operational areas you need
Flow has nine commercial modules: Documents, HR, Payroll, Incidents, Complaints, Quality, Risk, Assets and Patient experience. Each is sold separately, and Payroll requires Flow HR. The detail pages explain the workflows within those commercial modules.

Document hub
Keep facility licences, contracts and documents with their dates, versions and signatures in NXH Flow. Review and expiry reminders help teams organise the next action. Outside parties can sign through a link confirmed with a one-time code. Choose Flow Documents separately or alongside Flow Quality when policy preparation and audits are also needed.
Explore this moduleHR and workforce
Bring onboarding, staff documents, attendance, shifts and leave into NXH Flow HR. Maintain one record per person and export staff or attendance information to Excel when needed. Attendance syncs from ZKTeco fingerprint terminals through a bridge program, or loads from an Excel file. Payroll is selected separately and requires Flow HR to provide the underlying staff records.
Explore this moduleCredentials and licences
Keep professional licence numbers, authorities, expiry dates and copies on the staff record in Flow HR. Store passports and verification reports alongside them, remind staff before expiry and record renewal details. This supports credential administration while the facility remains responsible for checking eligibility and the validity of the evidence it holds.
Explore this modulePayroll
Prepare salary runs from Flow HR records, with salary components, approved overtime, loans and advances. Follow HR, finance and final approval before recording paid status, and review the payroll register with finance. Flow Payroll requires Flow HR. Payment itself is made outside Flow.
Explore this moduleIncident management
Record incidents, harm levels, investigations and corrective and preventive actions in NXH Flow. Flag sentinel events, record root cause analysis and take each action through approval to closure. Flow Incidents is sold separately, or paired with Complaints. For Abu Dhabi facilities, DoH incident reporting is built in: each incident goes to the DoH gateway as it is reported.
Explore this moduleComplaints
Give patients and families a complaint link, then manage review, investigation and corrective actions in NXH Flow. Assign investigators, record due dates and involve the complaints committee where needed. Retain the history after closure or withdrawal. Flow Complaints is sold separately, with an optional pairing for teams that also need incident management.
Explore this moduleRegulatory audits
Run regulatory audits by scope and requirement within Flow Quality. Record assessment status, photographs, required actions and the responsible team, then send the audit for approval. Keep the findings available for review without treating checklist completion as accreditation. Flow Quality is sold separately and can be paired with Documents for wider evidence management.
Explore this moduleClinical audits
Use ready-made clinical and safety audit tools within Flow Quality. Record observations, score the audit on submission and review results month by month. Tools cover areas including hand hygiene, patient identification, handover, disinfection and sterilisation testing. These audit workflows are distinct from the broader Quality indicators capability, which is still being completed.
Explore this moduleQuality indicators
Still being completedQuality indicators is still being completed within Flow Quality. Discuss your indicator definitions and reporting requirements before including this capability in an implementation plan. Available clinical and regulatory audit workflows can be reviewed separately. No live quality dashboard, automated JAWDA calculation or release date is promised on this page at this stage.
Explore this moduleFacility inspections
Keep facility visit reports, photographs, disinfection logs and room infrastructure checks within Flow Quality. Maintain room, department and layout information to support review of the premises. Use the records to prepare evidence for inspections while the responsible team assesses actual conditions. Equipment maintenance and calibration records belong to the separately selected Flow Assets module.
Explore this modulePolicies and procedures
Prepare, review and approve policies through named, signed stages in Flow Quality. Use category templates, maintain issue and review dates, and keep policy PDFs with their approvals. Staff can request changes and the change log retains history. This workflow supports policy revision but does not record staff acknowledgement that they have read the policy.
Explore this moduleRisk management
Keep risk assessments, controls, owners and target dates together in NXH Flow Risk. Score a risk from asset value, probability and impact, record a residual score after mitigation, and keep mitigation plans or acceptance decisions with the record. Owners are reminded as target dates approach, and an audit trail records changes. The module is sold separately and risk decisions remain with the organisation’s responsible people.
Explore this moduleAssets and equipment
Keep asset records, maintenance schedules, calibration certificates and service contracts together in NXH Flow Assets. Track consumables by batch and review stock movements. Expiry alerts highlight dates needing attention so the team can inspect the supporting records. Engineering review, actual servicing and decisions about equipment safety remain with the facility’s responsible technical professionals.
Explore this moduleFleet and contracts
Keep vehicle maintenance history, insurance and vendor maintenance contracts within NXH Flow Assets. Review overdue maintenance flags, agreement dates and links to the equipment covered. Fleet and contracts covers vehicle records and service contract administration. It does not include tendering, purchase orders or a wider procurement system.
Explore this modulePatient experience
Invite patients to share feedback through an English or Arabic survey link in NXH Flow Patient experience. Review satisfaction and net promoter score measures and follow improvement actions. The module is sold separately. Survey language support applies to the patient survey, while formal complaint investigation belongs to the separately selected Flow Complaints module.

-
Quality manager Medical centre
An internal review brings another request for documents that are spread across folders and inboxes.
Quality and Documents brings the selected operational work and its supporting documents into paired modules.
Finding the material becomes work in itself.
The Quality and Documents pairing combines the document hub with Quality, including policies and procedures and audits. Teams can organise the relevant work and use exports to prepare information for review.
-
Patient safety lead Abu Dhabi facility
An incident review needs the relevant harm classification and review fields captured in the record.
Abu Dhabi incident reporting happens from the record the team investigates, with each submission’s status on record.
Staff must also understand the reporting boundary.
Flow Incidents includes DOH level of harm, a sentinel flag, maternal death review and perinatal review. Each incident is sent to the DOH incident reporting gateway when it is reported, and the monthly zero report is filed by a user or automatically.
-
Operations manager Private hospital
Complaints and incidents can concern related operational work, but different teams may handle their records.
The optional pairing places complaint and incident work in their respective Flow modules.
Both need a clear place for follow-up.
Incidents and Complaints can be purchased together as an optional pairing. Each workflow remains in its relevant module, with Flow’s shared audit trail and export capabilities supporting the organisation’s review.
-
Risk manager Healthcare group
Risk work needs an organised home even when the group is not replacing its other systems.
The group can select Risk as a standalone module for its immediate operational priority.
A wider purchase can complicate that decision.
Flow Risk is sold on its own. The group can review that module against its risk workflow while assessing whether other Flow modules would add value to related operational responsibilities.
-
Biomedical lead Medical centre
Equipment information needs its own operational focus, alongside the clinical services that rely on it.
Assets gives equipment-related operational work a dedicated module that can be selected on its own.
It can be overlooked in a broader software discussion.
Flow Assets is one of the independently sold modules. The biomedical team can bring its equipment workflow to a demonstration and assess the relevant records, access and export capabilities in context.
-
Group quality lead Multi-facility group
Teams in several facilities need to prepare operational information for a shared review discussion.
Multi-facility working, permissions and exports support a review of the selected operational records.
Each team’s access also needs to reflect its responsibilities.
Flow supports several facilities, roles and permissions, an audit trail, and Excel and PDF exports. These capabilities help the group organise access and prepare the information needed for its review.
Common questions

Yes. For Abu Dhabi facilities, Flow sends each incident to the DOH incident reporting gateway when it is reported, with its DOH level of harm and sentinel event flag. Maternal and perinatal death reports and the monthly zero report go through the same connection. Each submission shows as submitted or failed, and a failed one can be corrected and resubmitted.
-
No. Accreditation and regulatory sign-off remain human responsibilities. Flow helps teams organise records, evidence and operational work for review; it does not award accreditation or replace an authority’s assessment.
