Adopt AI safely, inside the rules
AI strategy, readiness and governance for hospitals and insurers, aligned to your regulator and to ISO 42001.
Most AI risk in healthcare sits outside the model.
It sits in how a system is chosen, approved, used and watched. Governance is what lets you say yes to AI with confidence, building on the information security and risk management practices you already run and on Flow risk management.

How we work with you
- You decide
- We assess, prepare and advise. Your accountable people make the decisions and keep their regulatory duties.
- Built from operating experience
- Alpha Health Group's regulation and accreditation work shapes every framework we write.
- Practical, not theoretical
- Every policy comes with the workflow, register and checklist that make it work on a busy day.
- Evidence you can show
- Validation reports, decisions and reviews are recorded so you can show an auditor what was done and why.

Common questions
-
No. Accredited certification bodies certify. We assess where you stand, prepare the AI management system and its documentation, and get you ready for the certification audit.
-
In Abu Dhabi, the DoH Responsible AI Standard and the DoH policy on the use of AI in healthcare; in Dubai, the DHA AI policy; in Saudi Arabia, the SFDA guidance on AI medical devices; and internationally, ISO/IEC 42001.
-
Yes. DoH published the framework on 21 October 2026 to guide research into AI clinician systems; the activities they may perform will be set in later DoH policies and standards. We help providers prepare for that research and for those rules as DoH publishes them.
-
No. Many organisations start here, before the first AI system goes live, so that every later project follows the same rules. When you are ready to build, our AI agents team works within the framework we set up with you.
-
An AI readiness assessment gives you a gap view, a risk register and a governance plan you can act on within two to four weeks.
