Cookies the website needs
These are set by us and are needed for the website to do what you ask of it, so the law does not require your consent for them.
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| nexthealth-technologies-session | Keeps your visit together, so a form you are filling in and the way you reached it are remembered as you move between pages. | 120 minutes after your last page |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Proves that a form was sent from this website and not from somewhere pretending to be it. | The same as the visit |
| nxh_consent | Remembers whether you accepted analytics and advertising cookies, so we do not ask on every page. | Six months |
Analytics cookies, only if you accept them
Google Analytics shows us which pages are read and how visitors move between them, including whether an enquiry form was sent or an email or WhatsApp link clicked. It does not receive what you type into a form, and keeps the information for 14 months.
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Set by Google Analytics to tell one visit from another and count returning visitors. | Up to two years |
Advertising cookies, only if you accept them
These measure whether our ads on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) led to a visit or an enquiry. When you send an enquiry with advertising accepted, your email address and phone number are hashed (turned into a one way code) and sent to Google and Meta to match the conversion; your name, organisation and message are not.
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Set by Google Ads to connect a visit to the ad that was clicked. | 90 days |
| _fbp, _fbc | Set by Meta to connect a visit to an ad on Facebook or Instagram. | 90 days |
| nxh_clk | Set by us to keep the ad click identifiers and campaign tags from the link you followed, so they can be stored with an enquiry you send and later reported to Google Ads. | 90 days |
Changing your choice
Use "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page to accept or refuse analytics and advertising separately, at any time. Refusing stops them from that moment; it does not undo what was collected before. If you refuse both, no analytics or advertising cookie is set, though Google may still receive a signal that a page was viewed, with no cookie or identifier, which it uses only in aggregate. Meta receives nothing unless you accept advertising cookies.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the three cookies the website needs, forms on this website will not send.
Other websites
If you follow a link to WhatsApp or another website, that website may set cookies of its own, under its own notice. Where a page shows Trustpilot reviews, the review widget may set Trustpilot cookies under Trustpilot's privacy policy.
