NextHealth One
One record across your whole operation
NXH One is Care, Engage and Flow delivered together as one package and connected through shared records. We scope the modules in each product to how your organisation operates, so clinical, commercial and operations teams work from the same patient, staff, facility and service information.
Shared by all three, held once
- Patient
- Person and staff
- Facility
- Service and price
- Encounter
- Document
- Action and CAPA

An illustrative walkthrough
This example uses a synthetic patient. It shows what moves between Engage and Care when a facility connects them, and what stays where it was recorded.
How the platform is built-
Enquiry answered
A patient messages the clinic on WhatsApp. The message lands in the Engage shared inbox, where reception gives the enquiry an owner and a next action. Needs Engage and the clinic’s own connected WhatsApp Business account.
-
Visit booked
Reception books the appointment in Care. For a facility that has connected Engage and Care, Care tells Engage, so the enquiry shows the booked visit.
-
Visit signed
The clinician records and signs the visit in Care. Engage learns only that the visit took place and when it started and ended; the clinical note stays in Care.
-
Charge raised
Care bills the visit. Engage receives the statement: totals by category, payments and the balance, not the clinical detail behind them.
-
Follow-up sent
Engage sends the follow-up the clinic has set up, such as a feedback request, and keeps the reply with the client record.
Three products in one package
NXH One includes Care for the patient encounter, Engage for the commercial relationship and Flow for facility operations. The modules in each are chosen with you, to match your services, sites and teams.

Example scenarios
Illustrative situations facilities bring to us, and how NXH One handles them. They are examples, not customer accounts.
-
Practice manager Private clinic
A patient has already provided their details, but the clinical desk asks for them again.
The enquiry becomes a registered patient while the existing details carry into Care.
Repeated entry creates another opportunity for inconsistency.
Engage and Care use the same patient object. An enquiry in Engage can become a registered patient in Care without the desk retyping the details already captured.
-
Quality manager Hospital
A clinical event needs operational follow-up, but its context sits apart from the quality team’s work.
The clinical event connects with an incident or complaint record for operational follow-up.
Staff must explain what happened again.
A clinical event in Care can raise an incident or complaint in Flow. The connection brings the care context into the operational workflow rather than leaving the event isolated.
-
Commercial director Clinic group
Marketing can identify the enquiry source, while clinical charges sit in a different view.
Clinical revenue can be reviewed beside the recorded source of the client who brought it.
Connecting the two becomes a separate reconciliation task.
Care and Engage share the patient and revenue foundation. A charge raised in Care reaches the linked Engage client, so clinical revenue can be reviewed beside the client’s recorded source.
-
Group executive Multi-site healthcare group
Workforce and clinical teams refer to separate staff records when reviewing who may provide care.
Staff licences and clinical responsibilities refer to the same underlying person across the products.
Keeping those identities aligned becomes another administrative task.
Flow holds staff licences on the same person record Care uses for who may treat. The shared identity connects workforce information with clinical responsibilities without creating a separate staff profile.
