AI agents for the work your teams repeat
Our engineers work inside your operation to build and run AI agents for claims, patient booking and operations.
What our agents take on
Revenue cycle
- Claim checks before submission
- Coded rejections read, corrected and resubmitted
- Prior authorisation requests prepared and followed up
- Denial patterns reported back to your team
Patient access
- A WhatsApp booking agent that books, reschedules and confirms appointments
- Reminders and answers to common questions over WhatsApp
- A clean hand-off to staff, with the full conversation
Clinical and operational support
- Referral letters read and turned into patients, visits and tasks
- Summaries and letters drafted for a clinician to approve
- Coding suggestions feeding the claim
- Agents that act on live operations data, such as chasing a discharge
AI integration
- Ambient documentation and AI scribes connected to your EHR
- Answers from your own policies and documents, with references
- Private language models hosted in the country
How a forward deployed team works
A small team of engineers, a data specialist and an operations lead from Alpha Health Group.
-
1
Shadow
A plan within 2 to 4 weeks
We sit with the people who do the work and measure it, so everyone agrees the baseline.
-
2
Build
We build the agent and test it against your real cases until it meets the bar we agreed.
-
3
Go live
The agent goes live with a person approving its work, and takes on more as it earns trust.
-
4
Run and improve
Monthly
We monitor results, improve the agent every month and move on to the next workflow.
Guardrails on every agent
- A person approves what matters
- Consequential actions wait for a named member of your staff to approve them.
- Everything is logged
- Every step an agent takes is recorded, with what it read and why it acted.
- Tested before it goes live
- Agents are evaluated on your real cases before they touch live work.
- Hosted in the country
- Agents and the models behind them run in the country, in your environment or ours.
Ways to start
-
2 to 4 weeks
AI opportunity sprint
We map your administrative work, measure it, and rank the use cases by value and risk.
-
Scoped with you
Claims agent pilot
One agent on one payer workflow, measured on rejections and time to payment.
-
Quarterly
Forward deployed team
A standing team that builds and runs agents across your operation, workflow by workflow.
Common questions
-
An engineer who works inside your operation rather than from a distance. They sit with the people who do the work, find what an agent can take on, build it, and stay to run and improve it.
-
Your own: the EHR, claims, booking and messaging systems you already run, through their interfaces. Where you use NextHealth, agents start from components already built, such as insurance claims in NXH Care and the WhatsApp inbox in NXH Engage.
-
No. We start with administrative work. Any clinical use is supervised by a clinician and follows your regulator's rules, such as the DoH Responsible AI Standard and the DHA AI policy. Our AI governance practice can set those rules up with you.
-
We measure the work before we start, for example rejection rates, time to payment or calls answered, and report against that baseline every month.
