Turn your hospital's data into earlier decisions
Data platforms, disease and risk prediction, and operations intelligence, built on your own data and hosted in the country.
Years of data, in systems that do not talk to each other.
The value is in bringing it together, predicting what comes next, and acting on it while it still matters, on our platform security and in-country hosting, with quality work linked to NXH Flow.
Three parts of one practice
Healthcare data platforms
- Clinical, claims, finance, HR, laboratory, radiology and pharmacy data in one governed place
- FHIR and OMOP data models, with patients matched across facilities
- Data quality, consent and de-identification built in
- Executive, revenue cycle, quality, workforce and supply analytics on top
Predictive and disease risk analytics
- Progression risk for diabetes, kidney disease and heart disease
- Deterioration risk lists for clinical review
- Readmission, length of stay and no-show prediction
- Population risk tiers and care gaps, turned into outreach
Hospital operations intelligence
- A live bed board with admission and discharge forecasts
- Emergency department crowding, seen hours ahead
- Theatre utilisation, turnover and scheduling
- Staffing against demand, building towards a command centre
Research and real world data
- Analysis ready studies inside approved research environments
- Cohort discovery for researchers and life sciences partners
- Trial feasibility from your own records
From blueprint to running platform
-
1
Blueprint
2 to 4 weeks
Sources, data model, governance and technology choice, with a phased plan you can fund.
-
2
First release
One domain live on real data first, such as revenue cycle, quality or patient flow, on a timeline set by the scope.
-
3
Predict
Models trained and validated on your population, run silently beside clinicians before go-live.
-
4
Run
Ongoing
We operate the platform and its models, monitor them for drift, and add the next domain.
How we treat clinical data
- It stays in the country
- Platforms and models are hosted where the law requires, in your environment or ours.
- Clinicians decide
- Models support clinical decisions. Each has a named clinical owner on your side.
- Validated on your patients
- Every model is tested on your own population, with fairness checks across patient groups.
- Vendor neutral
- We build on the platform that suits you, and the data model stays yours.
Ways to start
-
2 to 4 weeks
Data platform blueprint
Sources, data model, governance and technology choice, with a phased build plan.
-
Scoped with you
First dashboard
Revenue cycle, quality or workforce, from your own data, hosted in the country.
-
Scoped with you
Risk model pilot
One clinical question and one model, validated on your data and running silently beside clinicians.
-
2 to 4 weeks
Hospital operations diagnostic
Where beds, theatre time and staff hours are lost, and a plan to win them back.
Common questions
-
No. We bring data together from the systems you run, on the platform you prefer in an in-country region, such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or Snowflake, or on our own hosted stack.
-
Each model starts from a clinical question with a named clinical owner, is trained on your own historical data, validated on your population with fairness checks, and runs silently beside clinicians before go-live.
-
It can be. We check the classification with the relevant regulator, such as SFDA, before a model influences treatment, follow the DoH Responsible AI Standard in Abu Dhabi, and start with uses that need no device approval, such as screening lists and outreach. Our AI governance practice documents each model.
-
Yes, for researchers and organisations with approved access, under the DoH policy for the Trusted Research Environment. We prepare analysis ready studies and models inside the environment under DoH's rules. No data leaves it.
-
Usually one domain, such as revenue cycle or patient flow, live with real data on a timeline we set together from the scope, then one domain at a time. You get the plan within two to four weeks.
