CBAHI Saudi Arabia Accreditation and licensing Supporting records for review

Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions

We support CBAHI preparation with policies, staff credentials, incident records and audit evidence, while your facility runs the programme and reviews practice.

Set by Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions

Subject type: accreditation authority and its programmes. CBAHI sets standards and assesses facilities in Saudi Arabia. This page does not say which CBAHI programme or edition applies to your facility.

What is built

  • Flow Documents keeps versions, signatures and document review dates.
  • Flow Quality records named policy approvals and available clinical audits.
  • Flow HR retains staff credentials and professional licence information.
  • Flow Incidents and Complaints retain investigations and corrective actions.
  • Flow Risk and Assets hold risk controls, maintenance and calibration records.
  • Care provides nursing and laboratory records within the selected plan.

Programme and edition

CBAHI publishes programmes and editions for different kinds of facility. Name the programme and edition your facility is assessed against before relying on any record shown here. NextHealth has not mapped these records to a particular edition. A record that supports review is not a requirement mapping, and this page does not claim a complete mapping or a regulator-approved template library.

Illustrative example: a policy revision

This example uses synthetic data. A synthetic clinic revises its infection prevention policy to version 3. Flow Documents keeps the new version beside the earlier ones. Flow Quality records the named people who prepared, reviewed and approved it, with dates, and a review date is set. A reviewer can ask when the policy was approved and by whom. The record does not show that staff follow the policy. That evidence comes from your own practice.

What your reviewer sees

Your review team can inspect controlled documents, signed policy stages, staff credential records, investigations, audit results and equipment evidence in the selected modules. Care adds clinical records where its plan includes them. These are inputs to your assessment preparation, not a CBAHI score or an accreditation decision produced by software.

Product scope

Flow modules are selected separately. Nursing records need the Care Hospitals scope, while laboratory workflows are included in Clinics Pro and Hospitals. General Quality indicators is still being completed, and no live CBAHI performance dashboard or automatic survey result is offered.

Official source

Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions. Use CBAHI’s current publications for the programme and edition that apply to you.

No CBAHI accreditation, certification, endorsement or Saudi deployment is claimed because these records can support a review. Your facility implements its programme, evaluates the evidence and works through its own assessment.

What we claim, precisely

The system holds the evidence; the facility's accountable person attests. Nothing here asserts that a facility is compliant.

Common questions

  • No. The software provides records that can support preparation. The facility implements its programme and undergoes the relevant assessment; accreditation is not conferred by purchasing or using the platform.

  • A complete clause-by-clause mapping is not confirmed. Review the applicable facility programme and identify the demonstrated records needed for each requirement before relying on a prebuilt assessment structure.

  • Flow provides selected document, policy, workforce, investigation, audit, risk and asset records. Care supplies relevant nursing and laboratory records according to the plan. These are separate product and module selections.

  • No live general Quality indicators capability is promised. That feature is still being completed; available audit results and other recorded evidence can be reviewed separately during your preparation.

  • None is named on this page. CBAHI publishes different programmes and editions by facility type, so identify the one that applies to your facility and bring the requirements where you want to show evidence.

  • Bring the programme and edition you are assessed against, the requirements where you want evidence, the people who keep each record, and three worked samples: one policy, one staff licence and one incident. We will walk through the available scope. No Saudi deployment is implied.
