Hospital information system in Thailand
We invite care teams in Thailand to review HIS software, with patient and quality needs assessed before we agree a proposed rollout for each site.
Best fit in Thailand
A private clinic in Thailand serving local and international patients that needs enquiries, appointments and the care record to stay understandable, with a package purchase kept distinct from the clinician’s treatment decision. Engage or selected Flow use cases are the clearest fit. A Care evaluation is appropriate when a hospital or clinic needs clinical documentation and billing and the proposed local scope can be demonstrated.
Best-supported workflows and the questions to settle early
- Can be reviewed now: Engage booking, packages, memberships and patient relationship records, from an enquiry through an appointment and the available payment workflow. Flow controlled documents, policy approvals, staff credentials, complaints and incident investigations.
- Not implied: Travel management, medical-tourism agency integration, translation services and unconfirmed messaging adapters. No Thai claims adapter, local DRG grouper or national exchange connection is confirmed for Care.
- Payer: NHSO publishes e-Claim processes. A live NHSO e-Claim connection is not confirmed.
- Language and hosting: The current interface is English. Thai is not claimed as a shipped product language. Hosting and access requirements are assessed before rollout. No local environment is stated as provisioned.
The local workflow
Thailand’s public payer environment includes NHSO, which publishes e-Claim processes. The applicable payer route and local coding requirements must be examined independently of general billing functionality. Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act provides the privacy context. Clinical information, campaign preferences and international patient communications need clearly defined purposes and access arrangements.
Flow records help a quality team examine practice and follow-up. They do not establish a complete Thai accreditation mapping or an accreditation award.
Confirm before scoping
- Which workflow comes first: booking and relationships, operations, or a clinical rollout?
- Is Thai needed for forms, patient documents or staff?
- Which payer and coding requirements apply, if any?
- Which privacy purposes, marketing contact practices and hosting arrangements apply?
Where the products fit
Engage supports booking, packages, memberships and patient relationship records. Flow supports operational evidence. Care adds clinical documentation and billing where the proposed local scope can be demonstrated: Care Clinics for outpatient records, Care Clinics Pro for diagnostics and claims, and Care Hospitals for inpatient and nursing workflows.
Flow Quality indicators is still being completed. Review its availability separately before a rollout depends on it.
Illustrative example: an enquiry to a booked package
This example uses synthetic data. It shows a booking and relationship workflow, not a customer result or a medical-travel integration.
- A synthetic client, Somchai Rattana, enquires through the clinic’s online booking page and chooses a branch and time.
- Where the clinic requires approval, the request is held until staff confirm it, and a deposit can hold the slot.
- The client buys a package. Its sessions reduce as visits are completed, and the expiry date stays visible.
- At the next visit the front desk checks the remaining balance before taking payment.
Interpreters, travel arrangements and agency connections sit outside this workflow.
Bring three things to your Thailand demo
A useful first conversation starts with your own work, not a feature list.
Book a demo-
A patient encounter
One representative visit, from registration to the signed clinical record.
-
A payer or payment workflow
The claim, invoice or package your team handles most, and the response it needs.
-
An evidence question
One licensing, quality or inspection requirement you need to be able to show.

Common questions
-
Engage provides booking, packages and patient relationship workflows for evaluation. Travel arrangements, translation, medical-tourism agency connections and additional messaging channels are not implied; review each required service separately.
-
A live NHSO e-Claim connection is not confirmed. Review the applicable scheme, required coding and output, receiving process and testing evidence before including Thai payer submission in scope.
-
No. Flow holds selected policy, credential and investigation evidence. The facility must assess the applicable accreditation requirements and its actual practice; no complete Thai standards mapping or accreditation outcome is claimed.
-
The current interface is English. Thai is not claimed as a shipped product language. Clinical forms, patient documents, staff training and language requirements should be reviewed before any operational rollout is agreed.
-
Agree the actual hosting region, backups and support access before implementation. NextHealth uses an in-country cloud region wherever regulation requires it; this page does not assert that a local environment is already provisioned.
