DHA Dubai, UAE Accreditation and licensing Supporting records for review

Dubai Health Authority

We support pharmacy review with stock, batch and expiry records in Care. This page covers that pharmacy scope only, and your facility checks the evidence against the Dubai requirements that apply to it.

Set by Dubai Health Authority

Subject type: regulatory authority. The Dubai Health Authority regulates healthcare in Dubai. This page covers one bounded relationship, pharmacy stock evidence in Care. It does not cover DHA licensing, other DHA programmes or any submission.

What is built

  • Care Pharmacy and stock records medicine stock and batch details.
  • Expiry information supports review of the medicines held.
  • Pharmacy activity sits within the selected Care workflow.

Illustrative example: a stock record

This example uses synthetic data. A pharmacy receives a synthetic medicine, amoxicillin 500 mg capsules, in a batch with an expiry date. The pharmacy team opens the stock record and sees the batch, the quantity held and the expiry date. A reviewer can use that record to check the medicines held against the pharmacy procedure your team follows. Records kept outside Care are not shown here.

What your reviewer sees

Your pharmacy team can inspect the stock record and the batch or expiry details relevant to its review. Pharmacy records are supporting evidence. No DHA approval, licensing outcome or automatic regulatory submission is claimed.

Other DHA needs

Licensing, other DHA programmes, the NABIDH exchange and eClaimLink claims are separate topics with their own pages, and each needs a scoped assessment. This page does not cite a specific DHA pharmacy requirement. Identify the requirement your facility is assessed against and bring it to the review.

What we claim, precisely

The system holds the evidence; the facility's accountable person attests. Nothing here asserts that a facility is compliant.

Common questions

  • No. The confirmed relationship on this page is pharmacy and stock evidence. Your facility must determine its applicable requirements and review any additional processes, records and approvals.

  • This page does not cite a specific DHA pharmacy rule. Identify the requirement your facility is assessed against and bring it to the review, so we can show which stock records relate to it and which do not.

  • No submission to the DHA is claimed on this page. Exchange with NABIDH and claims through eClaimLink are separate routes with their own pages, and each needs facility onboarding.
