Client 360
NextHealth EngageIncluded in Engage core
NXH Engage Client 360 brings the client relationship into one profile. Appointments, notes, photographs and family links sit alongside the invoices, packages, memberships and other commercial information available in your selected scope. Duplicate records can be merged field by field, and spreadsheet imports include a preview. The team can review the person’s context before responding to a question, preparing a visit or discussing a balance, instead of assembling the relationship from separate lists maintained across the clinic.

What your team can do
- View appointments, notes and photographs in the client profile.
- Connect family links with the individual client record.
- See commercial records from the add-ons your clinic selects.
- Find duplicate client records for review and merging.
- Merge duplicate information field by field in the workflow.
- Preview spreadsheet information before importing it into Engage.
One useful profile depends on keeping the right details.
Answer the client’s question with the context in view
A client may ask about a booking, an earlier visit or the balance on a purchased package. The team needs the relevant information before answering, even when different people handled those interactions.
How duplicates are reviewed
Engage lists possible duplicates when two records share an identity document, phone number, email address or name. It leaves out pairs linked as family, because relatives often share a phone. A manager, through the permission to merge clients, compares the two records side by side and chooses which value to keep for each field. Appointments, invoices, packages, notes and other history move to the surviving record. The other record is kept as removed, with a pointer to the survivor, and Engage records who merged what. A manager can also mark a pair as not a duplicate.
How a spreadsheet import is checked
A person with the import permission, held by managers by default, uploads a CSV or Excel file and maps its columns to name, phone, email, gender and language. The preview marks each row as new, duplicate, repeated in the same file or invalid, and the person chooses whether existing clients are skipped or updated. A row that cannot be read does not stop the file: the report lists it by its spreadsheet row number.
Engage clients and Care patients
An Engage client is a commercial relationship: contact details, visits, packages and payments. The clinical record stays in NXH Care. On a branch connected to Care, a client is linked to a Care patient: a match on a strong identifier links automatically, while a phone-only or uncertain match is offered as a candidate that a person confirms or dismisses on the client profile. See Care connect.
Illustrative example: correcting a duplicate
This example uses synthetic data.
Two records exist for Huda Saleh, a made-up client. One came from a WhatsApp message and holds only a first name and phone number. The other was created at the desk with her full name, email and a package. Engage lists them as a possible duplicate because they share the phone number. The practice manager opens the comparison, keeps the desk record’s name and email, and confirms. The conversation, the package and its invoice now sit on one profile.

Yes. A person with the import permission uploads a CSV or Excel file, maps the columns and reviews a preview in which each row is marked new, duplicate, repeated or invalid. Unreadable rows do not stop the import and are listed by row number in the report. Review a representative file during implementation planning.

No. An Engage client is the commercial relationship, and the clinical record stays in NXH Care. On a connected branch a client can be linked to a Care patient: a strong identifier match links automatically, and a phone-only or uncertain match waits for a person to confirm it.
